What is CBD-A?
CBDa, which is also stylized as CBD-A or CBD-a, is the most abundant cannabinoid in raw cannabis. Furthermore, CBDa is the precursor compound to CBD, meaning the two products are similar but not identical. If CBDa is exposed to heat, it undergoes a process called “decarboxylation,” which transforms it into CBD.
