Farmabarn Refund & Return Policy

At Farmabarn, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below for details on how to return items and request refunds.

Returns

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain products, such as perishable goods or custom items, may not be eligible for return.

• Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• Non-Returnable Items: Some products are exempt from being returned, including:

◦ Sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please email us at farmabarn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at farmabarn@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Cancellations
